We provide one year warranty on our equipment no matter what equipment you select. The time starts from the point it is on the boat and the title passes on to you.

If you discover any quality issues with our machine, within your warranty period, we will replace the parts free of charge as long as you send the parts back to us. Your TOPSTAR contact person will assist you.

We offer remote support worldwide. Upon request, we organize local indoor/on-site services when needed anywhere in the world.

Being able to install your own machine can save a lot of money. Most of our customers are able to install it themselves. We will provide detailed instructions. In some cases, you do need professional help. We will be able to provide installation services based on your location.

Of course, our trainers have very rich experience. You can choose to participate in the training at our company location. The training is completely free. We have established a complete training center.
